Food poisoning.

only ard 0712 in the mornz. and i woke up frm my dreams as i have upset stomach. Tried to remove my bowels in the toilet for a long x2 time despite i am lethargic. but the pain still persist and i couldnt sleep at all. So i went to & fro the toilet for a number of times before i vomitted after drinking some plain water. Then had a few diarrhoeas. Yeah went to see doctor in e early noon and was told its food posioning. Had 2 options: injection on either ass or on the arm. Of course, i chose the latter one. Then i went sleeping after having mee soup cooked by lovely mum.
