TIME IS PRECIOUS - DONT WASTE IT!
TIME IS MONEY - SAVE IT!

Notices like these were prominently placed on the streets along with the advertisements.

"People never seemed to notice that, by saving time, they were losing something else. No one care to admit that life is getting poorer, bleaker and even more monotonous. But time is life itself, and life reside in the human hearts. The more people saved, the lesser they had."

Not extravagant, probably sparingly on the time.
Or the very least, just give me a min to be heard.

. . . I love the fantasies in MOMO - Michael Ende.
