Tuesday morning, Evon was waken up by a call which began my day early, lest i'll sleep till, at least noon time for i cant get to sleep early the previous night.

Lunch at Banquet@CWP with swee. Foodcourt with a variety of halal stores, which i think its a piece of good news to the Malays, when they decided to launch this foodcourt THAT time. We had Nasi Padang by the way. Mentioning of this, it'll remind me the nasi padang i had in Bintan. Large serving with gigantic chicken satays, sunny-sides up (my favourite), chillis, & etcs etcs which i had forgotten at only $10. Missing Bintan Nasi Padang! Usually i had second thoughts about Malay handling chinese food, especially at the foodcourt, other than the Briyani or Nasi Padang stall. If i was not wrong, i remember i saw the malay Yong Tau Fou stall which i'd like to try. They also have other "chinese" stall like the Big Prawn Mee & etcs-Ive forgotten. I also like the way they arrange the tables and chairs, with some of the platform. It just feel better when one is raised higher than the ground level.

Then, shopped the central with Siti. Went Ang Mo Kio Hub, which was final ready... for the first time. During secondary school, my higher mother tongue days, Sheena and me used to pray that the project will finish before Yr2003, so that we will have one more location to hang out before/after the HMT lessons. We "prayed" because we knew its impossible as news said the project will take a couple of years.. Forget it, well the local shopping centres these days do share some common features i noticed huh. 1.Spacious walking corridors in between the rows of shops at the side. 2-White or light shiny tiles. 3. The toilet signs/designs you can see in heeren only the last time- They have a female graphic image for the ladies, a male for the gents. Square basins with a FLAT base-Abit stupid, sometimes the dirt just remain on the surface instead of sliding down to the hole. It is disgusting. 4. Shops with a smaller face front. 5. Common franchise stores you can see at almost every shopping centres - So dull. Whatever, im thankful that the hub provided as an extra shopping outlet for me, for everyone else. i seemed to be thankful to alot of things i met or that happened these days. Good phenomenom?

Bought quite a number of cute notebooks from Mix & Match Stationery. (Note: One of the shop assistants resembles Rainie Yang, hows it GUYS.) I thought the concept of the pages was cool. Something i wished it was available in the past. Im so happy that more businesses are launching products manufactured according the consumers' preference. My preferences, where the negative point is bringing about a higher expense. Okay reason for so, maybe Im growing old, that the manufacturers/the decision makers/the marketing team these days are of my age, my group that they share my perspective in an item, that they manufacture so and did so to fit the requirements of the consumers. Get me. Coincidental or not, the books were made in Korea~~ Alright no big deal since alot of korean stuffs had began to appear in the local industry. Accessories, clothes, skin-care products, fooddd . . Infact now i was hoping for Anycall to offically launch its products in Singapore! A popular brand for handphones in korea. Their designs are bold and often unique from the normal phones available in the market. Probably their products arent exactly that great, but maybe its only that i had a tendency or likings towards things which are different. Which not everybody has. Ya, thats me.
