to everyone because Lunar 1st month 7th day is REN RI (PEOPLE"S DAY), which meant its everyone's day today. Greeting somebody happy day is weird, hence its happy birthday!

Wow its already the lunar7th, how fast isnt it.
Had another splendid chinese new year in 2008, will summarise everything inclusive of photos after yuan xiao(15th). As its not all over yet, although it seemed so when life began buzzling down the streets, buses sardined the students and the workers in the early morning, expressway was sooty-jammed.

oh and to all the LITTLE rats, rabbits, horses, goats and chickens. Have you gone to the temple to pray to the god, TAI SUI on the 5th? If you are not sure, these zodiacs were said to have offended the TAI SUI (i forget which general) in 2008 rat year. Hence friends of the aforementioned zodiac are strongly encouraged to visit the temple to pray to the taisui to avoid supposingly said troubles with studies, work, human relations, relationships or whatever. If you haven done so on the 5th, you can make it up by praying on YUAN XIAO JIE (the 15th) at certain temples. Praying will help ensure that the offending zodiac to have a smooth-sailing fortune in the rat year. Especially rat and horse whose effects are more severe. These might not be necessary true if you are somebody who works doubly harder, however when you are talking the affairs of luck, you dont have that much a choice to dismiss such beliefs isnt it?

Im so looking forward to the 9th because thats the day when we'll do prayings and offerings to the heaven. And there'll be a variety of fruits, and food. Its a occasion i always do look forward to. See how inndulging one (esp those very chinesey family) can get during chinese new year. Today mum opened the letterbox after a week, and i had a number of CNY Cards! rejoicing~


Oh and i have a couple of good friends coming visiting me during CNY!!
Then monday night has make microecons lecture. Felt so sian because school seemed reopening for me on monday, like the common tertiary institution. Then Regina brought sweets for us. ONE EACH. Not bad, i thought its quite good. March is coming! Jessica asked me to attend a ballet performance 'Gisalle in a PARK" 27-30march with her and narimah, feel like going because it'll be fun i thought! keke. Kind of like these type of studying environment where friends can look out for each other during lectures. joking around etcs. Too bad its coming to an end soon with the last few lectures remaining. The only hating is im weak in microeconomics yet was too lazy to revise. ok hwai'ting. You can do it. By the way, shuying has left for australia for her degree studies on tuesday evening. Both siti and me didnt send her off because we were occupied and we just met up on sunday. Best wishes to her and hope she'll do great there! We'll definitely miss you during our gatherings!

Tomorrow is valentine's day! I like festivals, special occasions and parties because its when i can feel love and spread my love. HAHA. Hence i think i like tomorrow too, except i have two lectures from 12-6pm, which literally took up the whole day if you understand. OK.

And today is so weird. I met alot of funny situations on the road. CTE.
1- this particular car going out of the lane so many times in front of me. its quite funny and you'll feel that driver is drunk in the day.

2 - all the cars were speeding and fast today. felt the anxiety that i was slow even if i was 110km.

3- changing lanes here and there. and i meant a whole of car. Its quite a fascinating situation to me.

4 - ambulance were at the most right lane. Initially car A were hogging the lane by driving ard 80km. It had a BIG gap (400m) from the carss in front. Car b were tailgating and im car C coming close. Then ambulance manage to get behind car A. Car A is still ignorant, driving v.slow only till around 30seconds Car A move left lane to allow ambulance to pass. Car B seemed happy (in my perspective) because im feeling so too! haha, so that we can follow the ambulance and drive faster instead of having A to block the right lane. but A suddenly change lane and cut in front of B.

5- at orchard road, I was trying to move off at the one lane road after alighting my dad. Had my signal on and my car body is already moving out 35% yet the cars behind still dont give way.Esp the taxis. I dont care, just stepped on the accelerator and move off. - i dislike old drivers who despised the P-plate drivers who are not so retarded.

This were only a little excerpts from today. Infact i met more than these the past few months and i believe it goes the same to the other P-plates drivers. Okay probably they were things that happened today, so my emotions reflected stronger. Im becoming so uncle~ Singaporeans are absent-minded, hence its necessary to have LTA introduce the Friendly Driving Campaign again as these messages will induce drivers to handle road situations more amiably. Lastly i think im too KPO for watching out for the traffic tales more than the road itself, sometimes, onlyla.

Just a while ago my sister told me their school helped all the students to buy straitstimes every tuesday with the edusave. Hurray. Since my house bought chinese newspaper, now i'll get to read the STs once a week. Sometimes i cant finish STs with my spare time in a day anyway.
