Super sleepy during lecture. When James called it the end of the day, after stretching it longer with another 15minutes, i was looking for some thing to do. Recalled the jeon ji hyun movie that i chanced upon while surfing through gv website, decided to go watch it. the movie was out a few months ago in korea~



If I were superman.



I trusted Jeon Ji Hyun. I thought it would be similar to movie DAISY, although not that welldone, at least we get picturesque pictures of Holland and the actress from the HK director. But i was all wrong for 'Superman'. I should have just downloaded or watch it somewhere, online. We were so bored that we felt like leaving halfway through. First time feeling like this. It was only 100minutes in the cinema but i felt like it was almost 300 minutes, even with jeon ji hyun!

I dont even think cyborg girl (from rain) did well in the movie box. So i dont know why they had a similar plot. Probably Jeon Ji Hyun also feel awkward after watching it. When i first read about the outline of the story before the filming, i quite like it~ Thats why im looking forward. Infact, the little details of most aspects in the movie were well-taken of. From the characters' little gestures, make up and clothes~ you can tell they put alot effort into that. Afterall its a korean production (best known for being meticulous). However the shooting just took the whole story to the wrong place. It must be the director, i so so so blamed him in amidst the show. He really made it so damn damn boring. Wasted, he wasted jeon ji hyun! Slipped into rugged clothes, freckled face, entangled hair and messy fringe~ Look at the sacrifices she made. And luckily shes fabulous enough to withstand these because she still did not fail to capture my awes.. And for one of the parodies, jeon ji hyun was looking absolutely beautiful. Thats my only consolation earned for the movie ticket.
