Goong Withdrawal Syndrome.

Im missing Goong, the story and all the characters - Bingung Mama, Shin Goon, Yul Goon . .

So i read bout Goong on the WanBao Newspaper few days back. Even Singaporeans now knew bout it and U weekly says Mediacorp had purchased the Drama rights. Im sure it'll be show on Singapore soon! And by then i'll be reminiscing the good old time where i was caught so addicted to Goong and watching my friends drowning with Yul and Shin Goon. *Wicked cackles.

Today when i was buying lunch at Northpoint foodcourt, i saw Harvey Norman's Tv set playing some korean music performances . . And i actually saw Bingung-mama (Yoon Eun Hye) there! Shes performing with the rest of the Baby Vox members. I actually didnt think she is the Ul-Zzang-iest in Baby Vox. However after Goong, i really like her alot. Especially after seeing some of her dancing clips from XMAN & other variety shows, i change my perceptions of her. Ippunda! I believe, together with the Goong Male lead (Joo Ji Hoon) they'll become the next obsession of the k-drama fans soon after Dae Jjang Gum - Lee Young Ae. Dae Han Ming Guk Aja Aja

So im really loving the local chinese newspaper "Wanbao" . .

because they always leave this one column on the right for the KOREAN news. They are really currently reporting on alot korean news. Most of them are gossips from the k-entertainment. Recent hot ones are Goong's, My Name Is Kim Sam Soon's lead ( a show which i always want to dL & watch but due to time-constraints..), Lee Joon Ki (My Girl) , Bae Yong June . . So when i was hoping that some day they will feature an ultra-handsome picture of kangta there, so more Singaporeans will know bout him..

To my ASTONISHMENT, on 19th's, i saw KANGTA's news. IT WAS A BIG PRESENT. Yeah it was about his project album with Vanness. Had read it online some months back that Kangta is working on this Project album(named KANGTA & VANNESS - they are so lazy to name the group) and he will release his 4th Solo album in album and also another "S" album. Initially i was pretty disappointed that his project partner will be Vanness. I was hoping that it might be some singers which i personally also liked. Well things always dont work the way you want it.

It was really a pity that i actually miss out on Kangta on the Asia MTV awards. As Hes performing his new tracks with Vanness on the big show. U dunno how happy i was for him when i knew he'll be Mtvasia because that will be a huge advertising for him in the Asia, esp Singapore. Please not only Bi - Rain or Se7en that you knew of. Theres still kangta, whos very popular in China, Taiwan & HK & also having 3778842893292183 fans from different parts of the world. Talking bout Se7en, yesterday news wrote:

"Hes shooting a commercial together with JJ Lin and this China gir.... ... ... .... Then Se7en often chat with JJ Lin about Music ... JJ is surprised bout Se7en's passion for music ..."

what comes to my mind immediately? Wow probably we will have another project album from Jj & Se7en like Kangta & Vanness? HAHA

In my opinion, if Kangta maintain his popularity and his singing style + image in his 2nd album "Pinetree" . He'll melt all the girls out there, giving the rapid rise of interest of the Asians + the whole world on the Korean Entertainment. Too bad, hes losing it. Hes going to serve his NS soon. Hes changing his style. I dont think he will have the opportunity to hit Asia big like Rain.

You know actually Lee Young Jae, Rain's role in Full House was actually once considered to let kangta act out. However i think some factors came in and it was given to Rain. In addition, kangta's virgin drama, Loveholic is a failure in Korea. Sighs. Alrights kangta, please choose a better k-drama next time. So currently i was hoping that kangta's drama with Ruby Lin and Alec Soo will be broadcast on channel 8 prime time. Because he looked ultra-heartmelting and charming there. The VCDs are even out in the stores. I had only watched ten episodes, think have to find sometime to dL the rest of it.

I really felt so comforted that the hallyu is hitting singapore. I was a huge k-pop fans, esp of kangta, 5years back. There are only one or few people u can talk to them about korean-enertainment. Who kangta? Whats H.O.T? babyvos? S.E.S? Fly to the Sky? ChaeYeon? Click-B? Lee Soo Young? Jo Sung Mo? And they only know Shinhwa from smtown (kangta & Boa;s Co. incase u dunno) who has now joined Good Entertainment. Haha now hallyu is turning the table around. You see some friends, and u you can talk to them about the latest korean drama!
