Kangta& BEST album is in my possession!!
Bought it today when i brought Pauline to attend her piano lesson. Luckily i didnt buy the Japananese version out of impulse, because the Taiwanese version is definitely much more cheaper, nearly up to 50%. Infact was resisting the tempt to obtain the album. I had been thinking "I'll buy it the next time" always. You know the common problem with a student with no working income, only the pocket money we received from our parents. One just felt bad splurging the money on such stuff, but it doesnt really considered splurging yea? I knew i might be working and slog for the rest of my life in the future, probably just to earn a living, earn a meal for tonight. Afterall Kangta&Best is worth the money, with kangta's 15 best songs chosen out of his 3 albums and inclusive of 10 mtvs which i only owned-online for the mtvs. But saw it at the on the shelve of Sembawang CD store today. When you saw it, you'll just hope to own it. While paying, i asked the person why he didnt give me a new piece, but the one on the shelve. As i expected, it was the last album in the store. Hot property, isnt it or that they just didnt know sales for his album in Singapore would be good. Dont forget, Kangta is sucha eye-candy & his talents@music is widely recognized. Hope i could see more of this stuff around on the island!
Then i enquired about some questions on the trips to ***** today and also to find out that the recent trips to overseas were rather affordable when i walked past the tour agency. For instance the genting trips, 2d1n = $68 3D2N=Around 100(forgotten). It was such a bargain for students who want to go on a short trip with friends. Hongkong too, shopping 3D = Around $500. Korean=Around 1000. No wonder our people had been travelling. This one bad thing with my dad. He doesnt really like to travel. ARGH. I need to find some self-help book at the library to help with this problem that he will give ways. Instead of splurging money around on this island which we had been doing for years, we should have gone out and see the world, isnt it.
One thing to share, this staff at the tour agency outlet at Sun Plaza was extremely unfriendly. Because of her accent, i knew she isnt local. Her attitude is very very poor, from what i knew of CRM. In conjunction with my anticipation. I was thinking if that the Chinese from China or Malaysia will be embracing a positive attitude towards the jobs because they needed the money and job, then they came to our country to work for a living. But hey she gave no eye contacts and she was deliberately handling the documents on her desk when i was enquiring on the trips very EARNESLTY. Then she just kept brushing me off with "I dunno" "Im not sure" to my questions, thats all and she went back to her papers(where she did nothing). From her tone, a customer can strongly sense that they felt like being driven out from the tour agency. Instead i was the one who is being all polite & smiley. EH. Then the phone on her desk is ringing, in order not to cause disruption or whatever, i said you can picked the call, its okay i can wait. And she said no need. I kept mum and pretend to read the brochures for some time, to find out that she continuing ignoring the call. Of course i dont allow myself to be "defeated" to easily. I posed her even more questions and stayed on instead of leaving. Customers had the right isnt it. If she were to chase me off, you'll see a complaint lodged against her. Haha caught you, you must be thinking you should have left earlier von, they suck. Hey no. Not such a weakling these days. Afterall im a basketballer, an ex one. hHAaha. Okay, Upon leaving, i heard that she was chatting heartily with her colleagues leaving all the papers down instead of the fussing with her documents.
Not to pick on her but if you were present, you can understand why im writing about this. She couldnt provide the customer with sufficient information and a great experience with her tour agency. I worked before too and i full understand what is expected of the basic performance for the employee. This autumn, my friends and i were planning for a ***** trip to catch kangta's concert. Was intending to look for a good tour agency but the experience i faced today might spur me to abort the idea. They will appear to be unhelpful should we met any crop ups with the trips. Dont mind me about the first impression. Hey First impression counts isnt it. People are realistic, not to mention customer! You see she could end up losing a business. I wont want to employ such a staff if i were to be a boss something. I'll instill employee training and testing kit often to ensure the quality out of them.
