The price per pax is actually very affordable at $48 per person but it went up to $68. The Captain were saying, its due to the Mother's Day Celebration. With the +++, its $80 per person, not so worth it. How about the food? We took a visual tour before deciding to dine there. So we thought we are there, and that the ambience of the place is cosy, we stayed. Infact the food isnt that all alluring, the seafood were okay and the variety of the food is scarce. It was the dessert that spurred me to stay. They have Creme Brulee. I was glad that i was there, because i managed to solve the name to my FAVOURITE dessert. Its called Bread Pudding with cheese? Some sort, i actually forgot about it now. It was not creme brulee. Comparing the latter with the first, they were all good.
Recently i dont know whats up with my cravings for cakes and desserts. Could you imagine i didnt "chiong" for the oysters straight away, instead i went for the desserts, creme brulee and the cheese cakes. Our of the norm. Pretty weird. So im thankful if anybody would ask me out for some high teas where i can enjoy good cakes & probably, some champagne? I was told they go together, very well.
That night was not that satisfying. We didnt really stay long for that night and had our fills. At a more high-ended restaurant, you tend get caught up with their services, the ambience, decorations & various factors that, instead of binging yourself at the food only.
I wanted to upload pictures but blogger is weird, i cant do that today. I'll do so, when its possible.
Birthday BOY making wishes.
