Rather humid day, another.
School's 7pm but dressed up & stepped out earlier today because i have to go down to Millenia Tower to settle some documents. Initially im quite worried about the journey there as its my first time travelling to the destination by train alone. I knew all they were unduly worries when i managed to weave through the shopping centres corridors & found my way there, shortly. And i met some nice people.

At the first floor, i'll have to exchange my IC for the pass to go up the building. Settling the documents very quickly, i went back to the booth at the first floor to exchange back my I/C. The stern security guard became very smiley. Before he returned my IC, he took a glance at me and then at the photo on my IC & said "You looked very Singaporean." I almost mistook that he said i dont look Singaporean. I always have people telling me i looked like Chinese (china), or other asian races. Or that i thought he might lament "Why are you looking so bad in the photos" or "Have you grown more chubby". It took me awhile to figure out what he actually said & i giggled a little. Never to think he went on and tell me im beautiful, and that i look like Miss Singapore and that i can be the next Miss Singapore............

I knew my friends might puke and gave a good laugh about it. Hello, i also think its quite amusing that i almost laugh it out at his presence. Its going to be crude. Hence i merely smile, thank him and make an exit as soon as possible. Incase some big shots are behind me and caught sight of the amusing scene.

It maybe boastful when i decided to blog about it here today. One casual remark doesnt exactly make my day. Look at it the other way, you can say hes just trying to be nice & wanted to make someone's day? Im also thankful to him because it bubbled my determination to trim down my fat thighs & work harder. That'll will lead to me being more confident in things i do. I always felt better when im fitter. Probably thats what a fit & trim body could offer to the mind.

Lets go on to Mother's Day. Shopped at AMKHub with Zhenwen. Such a long time since i met up with her. Both of us been so busy! Im in high spirits whenever im out with my old cliques. Like what i said its the time i am myself, been myself and found myself. Dunno why, I bought alot during the shop with her. Damn. Am suppose to save the money. oh. Then she updated me about her love life & recent-doings. It couldnt have been enough. We were also considering of joining some dance classes or gym membership. Want to shed the weights! I cherish people who want to spend their time with me. Was thinking that time pass very fast when we had to leave home for Mother's Day celebration in the evening. Bought a ring for my mum, hoped she liked it. Last yr spend a bomb getting her a diamond ring. This year i intend to make it cheap & sweet, saving the best for her birthday in JULY.
